Position Description:
Eastpointe Community Schools is welcoming applicants for a Curriculum/Grants Specialist to the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. The District Curriculum/Grants Specialist performs all administrative support duties required for the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, under the direct supervision of the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and the Assistant Superintendent. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, work ethic, knowledge of district procedures/policies in Curriculum and Grants, the ability to assume significant responsibility, work effectively, accurately, and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

What we are looking for: An individual who is passionate about supporting educators to meet
the needs of students. Our ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization, ability to
work well with others, experience with tracking and monitoring funds, data and
supplies.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred and 3-5 years experience required in budget management,
purchasing, accounting, or fiscal services.
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Products.
Experience or ability to learn AS400, MEGS+, and other on-line services.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.
Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality.

Shift Type Full-Time Salary Range $40,000 to $50,000
